Timeshare Phone Calls

So after owning a timeshare for three years you decided that you would like to sell. After only a few uses, yearly fees and the economy going downhill fast you’re ready to sell. Not only do you feel that you overpaid for the timeshare you purchased, now you are concerned that you will never be able to sell this timeshare. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone. Be advised that there are a number of companies who claim to be in the “timeshare resale” business. Most of them are only there to scam sellers out of money, thus causing more of a burden on the seller.

If you are receiving phone calls from people claiming to be timeshare resale companies, do not fall for this. Most timeshare companies will not contact you directly. There are a number of legit companies out there who will allow you to list for free but the seller should initiate those discussions. Never should you pay money to get rid of your timeshare. Beware of timeshare companies who say they cannot meet in person to discuss the resale of your timeshare. If you feel that you have been scammed by a company or are in the process of being scammed, contact a lawyer. There are also brokers available to assist in the resale of your timeshare and they do not get any money up front. Timeshare resale companies such as are ready to assist you today!
