Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is Disney Resorts’ approach to timeshare ownership. Instead of a set place and time like traditional timeshares, DVC Memberships are based on points redeemed for various accommodation types across resorts found at Walt Disney World and Disneyland as well as Oahu, Hawaii; Vero Beach, Florida and Hilton Head, South Carolina. The costs can vary based on several factors, some of which are size of the contract in points, resort and current point availability. Contract length can vary depending on the deed expiration date of the resort. Current end dates for DVC Resorts range from 2042 to 2074.

Use Year Date- This is the date that the DVC points will be placed into the membership each year. There are 8 different Use Years (Feb.,Mar.,Apr.,Jun.,Aug.,Sep.,Oct.,Dec.) and the points are always deposited the 1st day of the Use Year month. Banking deadlines are 8 months after the Use Year date.
